Add comments and docstrings to main.py and api.py

Description

This PR adds comments and docstrings to the main.py and api.py files in the src directory.

In main.py:

• Added a module-level docstring to describe the overall purpose and functionality of the file.
• Added a docstring to the Net class to describe its purpose, attributes, and methods.
• Added a docstring to the init method of the Net class to describe its parameters and functionality.
• Added a docstring to the forward method of the Net class to describe its parameters, functionality, and return value.
• Added comments to explain the purpose of the transform, trainset, trainloader, model, optimizer, and criterion.

In api.py:

• Added a module-level docstring to describe the overall purpose and functionality of the file.
• Added a docstring to the predict function to describe its parameter, functionality, and return value.
• Added comments to explain the purpose of the model and transform.
