Add comments and docstrings to main.py and api.py

Description

This PR adds comments and docstrings to the main.py and api.py files in the src directory. The comments and docstrings provide explanations and documentation for the existing code, making it easier for developers to understand and maintain the codebase.

Summary of Changes

• Added a module-level docstring to main.py, explaining the purpose of the file.
• Added a docstring to the Net class in main.py, explaining its purpose and its methods.
• Added inline comments to the code for loading and preprocessing the MNIST dataset in main.py.
• Added inline comments to the forward method of the Net class in main.py, explaining the transformations applied to the input tensor.
• Added a module-level docstring to api.py, explaining the purpose of the file.
• Added a docstring to the predict function in api.py, explaining its purpose, its parameters, and its return value.
• Added inline comments to the code for loading the model and the transform in api.py.
• Added inline comments to the predict function in api.py, explaining the steps for preprocessing the image and making the prediction.
