Fixed a small bug in JSON encoding. GUTS parameter values from any JSON files created with v1.1 should be disregarded, as GUTS-RED-IT parameters were overwriting SD parameters. SD and IT parameters now both appear in the JSON. Spreadsheet results are unaffected by this.

Added functionality.

• The tool now allows the option to either pre-fit the background hazard based on the control data, or to fit it together with all parameters, based on all treatments.
• The tool now automatically converts and accepts survival data in the format used by the EFSA B-risk tool.
• The tool can output survival data as a .csv in the file format used by the EFSA B-risk tool. This should be useful for datasets which have already been formatted for TRTBee, openGUTS, or other BYOM software.
• When GUTS is fitted, the tool can also output parameters and all relevant LDDx values by selecting the “Export results JSON” after the fitting has completed.
• In the results produced by the “Save as” button, the parameter β=ln⁡(39)/ln⁡(F_s) is also calculated and presented for the user.
