Currently, this module's documenatation is not fully displayed at https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/szyn/digdag-go-client. This is because https://pkg.go.dev/license-policy requires a license file to display full module information. This PR adds LICENSE file(copied from https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt) to resolve the issue.
