Perl IoTaWatt to MQTT bridge

NOTE: As of 2025May01, the docker and homeassistant addon machinery is untested.
NOTE 2025May13: docker machinery works with `iwMQTT-docker-compose-standalone.yml`
Running on a Libre Le Potato running Armbian Debian 11

package needs:
Debian: libanyevent-http-perl
Debian: libmodule-pluggable-perl
Debian: libsub-name-perl
Debian: libyaml-tiny-perl
Debian: libjson-xs-perl

alpine calls them:

perl-anyevent-http
perl-module-pluggable
perl-sub-name
perl-yaml-tiny - only used for the config file
perl-json-xs

contains:
AnyEvent::MQTT 1.212810 as of 2025Apr22
Net::MQTT 1.163170 as of 2025Apr22

Recommended to add to your HA config, if you have the InfluxDB integration.
Why? Because most likely you are already using the InfluxDB uploader anyway, right?

influxdb:
  api_version: 2
  exclude:
    entity_globs:
      # we don't need the Watts/PF/Amps/Hz b/c that's already in InfluxDB
      # but the other statistics are potentially useful
      - sensor.iotawatt_*_Amps
      - sensor.iotawatt_*_Watts
      - sensor.iotawatt_*_Pf
      - sensor.iotawatt_*_hz
      - sensor.iotawatt_*_Vrms
      - sensor.iotawatt_*_influxdb2_last_update # backlog is a good stat tho
      - sensor.iotawatt_*_current_time
