I am new to SLEAP and just downloaded it in a conda environment using pip to protect other dependencies on the computer. I am using SLEAP 1.5.2 and I am able to load a video, save, add my initial labels and run training. However, after training when I have to edit the predictions SLEAP keeps crashing. My computer says it is taking too long to respond. I checked to see if anything was being overloaded and it seems not. It uses the GPUs successfully and I have ran DLC on this computer so I don't think it is running out of memory/etc.
If I close and relaunch, I can open the project with the skeletons and predictions but as soon as I click in the GUI, SLEAP goes unresponsive. Any idea on what I could do to troubleshoot? Should I just reinstall?
UPDATE:
Just as an update. I have now updated Ubuntu, updated all nvidia drivers, deleted my old environment, made a new one and reinstalled SLEAP with pip again. Still having SLEAP become unresponsive when I try to correct labeled frames.
