I am blocked on gtsam repo, so I can write you here.
I rebase your code, and compile on the ci, and seems problem on mac vm.
I cannot help you much on that state. Sorry.

Ubuntu seems running ok on the python scripts.
The different from the commands I send you, then running on the ci, is on the CI is building release version.
