Concept

The concept of this batch is to eventually create an OS, (like Debios for that matter) thing, upward compatible with it. For example, a simple mini-game, or a setting, or various advanced things can be contained in a single, single batch, and maybe this Cursor Changer is doing that.

Why Cursor Changer?

The question may come to mind as to why the name Cursor Changer then, but the name has a bit of a history.
For more details, please refer to WHY. But, well, if I had to give the history of the name, it would be something like this.

First of all, the original name of the product was Cursor Black. This is due to the fact that the cursor color used in my environment is black.
Later, it was renamed Cursor Changer (black) This is due to the fact that as development progressed, the ability to return the cursor to white was also added.
and then changed to its current name.
I have no plans to change the name in the future. I personally like it. (However, some words may be added in the future. For example, like "Cursor Changer OS.bat"...)

Why you published this batch?

When I first developed this batch, I did not intend to release it publicly, nor did I even plan to do so. However, as the development progressed, I gradually wanted to show this batch to others, and I decided to release it. Even so, I didn't intend to use github.
