One of the dependencies of UFADE requires sslpsk-pmd3, which requires libssl-dev. If not already installed, the installation of UFADE will fail. This PR adds the libssl-dev requirement to ensure the installation succeeds.
The issue originally occurred on the ARM64 version of Ubuntu Noble, but does not seem to occur on an AMD64 system. It is reproducible on an ARM64 system though.
