Delete file ".github/workflows/powershell-analysis.yml", as not needed (anymore) from my perspective
They both do the same thing. The ci runs the checks and stops us from merging in case of errors. powershell-analysis.yml is perfomed by github code analysis and shows warnings or any vulnerabilities in the security tab of github (If the warnings are not excluded in both files). If you feel this is not required we could remove it. |

"CI.yml" does the same!?
