Insights reporting and Categories revamp. Includes:
- Changes the categories and subcategories of contacts to conform to the draft CHI data framework
- Introduces a new UI for category selection in the contact forms
- Adds truncation to the subcategories displayed in the search results preview, to support long category names
- Splits channels into distinct TaskChannels to allow for independent reporting and capacity measures
- Adds additional reporting to Flex Insights, including subcategories (concatenated), channels (via Communication Channel), call type
- Cleans up the backlog of non-localized strings in the UI
Additional functionality that was added but will not be exposed in this release:
- Case list view
- Canceling a case
