Description

OPEN_EXISTING can't find in Windows.cs
Because ChatGPT tells me but It seems correction of WinAPI
Now I catch that red line....

Reproduction Steps

I can't find where is a define OPEN_EXISTING

Expected Behavior

No way...

Actual Behavior

No way...

Proof cause Visual Studio 2022 tells me cause an error...

That is an red underline. I should to add define or there have already added in TerraFX.Interop.Windows?
