- Fixes Add support for external link checking #82
- Fixes link to AUTHORS.txt page, which was removed via doc: update acknowledgements and rm AUHTORS.txt python-tuf#1871
- Adds ignore rules for all other HTTP 4XX status links. We'll track fixing those links via Fix broken external links #65
- Note that full link checking (including external links), takes ~6 sec on my local machine (by making use of htmltest's refcache feature).
