Update the list of available gitmojis to keep up with the "official spec" (as much as we can call a list of emojis a "spec" but it's 2020 after all!).
manly, I updated some prefixes to be easier to find (added some keywords) and I added 13 new gitmojis from https://gitmoji.carloscuesta.me/ (see 7f8a9af for the list of new gitmojis).
I've tested the changes locally by packaging them with vsce and installing the extension from vsix file, and so far it worked.
