- because of peacock
- update some emojis (writing docs, refactoring code) to be up-to-date with https://gitmoji.carloscuesta.me/ - change some prefixes to be closer to actual message (easier to find) - merge _removing code_ & _removing files_ in one snippet because the output was similar

Update the list of available gitmojis to keep up with the "official spec" (as much as we can call a list of emojis a "spec" but it's 2020 after all!).
manly, I updated some prefixes to be easier to find (added some keywords) and I added 13 new gitmojis from https://gitmoji.carloscuesta.me/ (see 7f8a9af for the list of new gitmojis).
I've tested the changes locally by packaging them with
vsceand installing the extension from vsix file, and so far it worked.
