Ark Ascended: Added support for Absolute Max Value stat value. This allows Beacon to compute the correct values for item stats that have a hard cap. For example, the Tek Helmet has a maximum of 1500 durability.

Ark Ascended: Updated the Server-Assisted Mod Discovery extractor tool to fix problems on new installs.
Ark Ascended: Adjusted Server-Assisted Mod Discovery error handling to allow for more consistent results. An error will no longer stop the discovery process early, allowing for more content to be reliably discovered.
