I've been using textrecipes a bit lately and have noticed quite a few simple spelling & grammar typos.
This pull request addresses all such issues that I could easily find in the documentation & vignettes. I did not re-word any documentation with respect to style or substance (at least, I tried not to), was just focused on obvious typos that impede reading & understanding.
