Why is the last parameter set to false? This is used to put data in read only mode once in WARM. Are you planning on editing the data once in WARM ?

Yes. The data is designed to be updated. We're using elasticsearch like a relational database.

For tracking policy usage, we are introducing a new Elasticsearch index
tigera_secure_ee_policy_activity. This PR is for adding index lifecycle management for this Elasticsearch index.Related PR: https://github.com/tigera/calico-private/pull/10358
