$CLOUD_LONG automatically handles backup for your $SERVICE_SHORTs using the `pgBackRest` tool. You don't need to perform backups manually. What's more, with [cross-region backup][cross-region], you are protected when an entire AWS region goes down. |

I don't know how to better highlight the fact that cross-region backups are coming soon on Azure too

If we want to take the advertising approach and are absolutely sure about something coming to Azure, I can add "Coming soon" to the relevant cell on this page: https://docs-dev.timescale.com/docs-353-add-a-feature-comparison-to-the-about-section/about/353-add-a-feature-comparison-to-the-about-section/feature-comparison/ @rahilsondhi what do you think?

I take it back. Let us be consistent with https://docs-dev.timescale.com/docs-504-rework-imports-and-connections-docs/migrate/504-rework-imports-and-connections-docs/livesync-for-kafka/ and use the on the roadmap partial.

@minkimipt Have discussed this with Nastya. We are making the difference between AWS and Azure less clunky in the imports/connectors doc. For the features coming soon to Azure, best is to have it all in on place rather than make Frankestein's doc-ster with random bits of info all over the place.
Features that are coming soon to Azure will be marked as such in the features doc.

Added a coming soon icon to the cross-region backup for Azure: https://docs-dev.timescale.com/docs-353-add-a-feature-comparison-to-the-about-section/about/353-add-a-feature-comparison-to-the-about-section/feature-comparison/
