Add support for Holiday mode

This release adds support for holiday mode.

Currently, when the tank is in holiday mode, the integration will break as it expects information which Mixergy does not provide when the tank is in holiday mode.

A new sensor has also been added, mixergy_[id]_holiday_mode which indicates if the tank is in holiday mode.
