Not sure if this document is general github on boarding or tomesh specific If tomesh specific i think there should be mention that issues are being used by us as tasks, which is NOT the normal purpose of them. Also the issue template is custom as well. |

It is general to GitHub, but because I'm trying provide the information a new contributor will need to work with Toronto Mesh.
I will add info on both of these. |
