readsp3h() method was modified to handle sp3-d format.
One of main difference between sp3-c and sp3-d is number of
satellites. In sp3-c number of sats limited to 85 but in sp3-d
number of sats increased to 999.

SP3-d is supported in 2.4.3 b34.
