With link via MySB Portal

The link through the portal will only work if you have no active Plex session in your browser.

The best way is to open the link directly in private mode in your browser like the screenshot with a right click on the link.

You will be required to reconnect to MySB with your credentials before being redirected to the Plex configuration page.

If this link sends you back to your Plex session and your new server was not found, then try using the SSH tunnel.

With SSH tunnel with Putty or Kitty

Start Putty or Kitty and follow this:

In the menu Session

1. Enter the address of your server (hostname or IP)
2. Fill in the SSH port you chose during the installation

In the menu SSH > Tunnels

Fill in the information as shown on the screenshots.

1. Source port: 8888
2. Destination: server.domain.com:32400
3. Click on Add
4. Click on Open
5. Log in

Now, launch your browser with a private session, and type the address http://127.0.0.1:8888/web.
