how to include cellpose for 3D cell tracking in trackmate #318

Hi, I am trying to use Trackmate-cellpose for 4D image analysis (3D + time). For the common version, cellpose cannot be used in Trackmate as a segmentor for 4D analysis. In this link, it says there is a way, but did not find out exactly how: TrackMate-Cellpose-Advanced
My understanding is that cellpose 3 is so far the best 3D cell seg tool, but I am not sure if we can use it in Trackmate. Appreciate if someone could help! Best, Kevin
