Pre-release 4.11.2 made threading optional. fixed compilation for CENTOS 7

Found issues with recent threading / use of stdc++ on CENTOS
Backed out some recent additions (threading)
TLSH now compiles on CENTOS 7 (broken for a few weeks)

This is candidate for production release
