Feature/kafka connect

[eama-trifork]

Adds 2 compose services.

• The kafka-connect service which handles connectors. It bakes with an opensearch connector from the Dockerfile and runs in distributed mode with a properties file. It requires 3 internal topics with cleanup policy compact for storage.
• The kafka-connect-ui which communicates with the connect api. Any authentication should be included in connector properties when by the user.
