Our first release, which I expect will stay targeted at node.js only. Before this, we are prerelease, and thus the formal semantic versioning rules don't apply, so if there are breaking changes we really should make, this is the milestone for them.

Thanks to those who have actually tried out our code, I'd like to invite input on what changes are important enough to delay the next release over, so lets use this milestone to flag them.
