This commit also changes the reading of the lines to be unbuffered for reduced memory consumption, and adds an a author field to the Cargo manifest

Previously, stdin was used for the same purpose. But as we transfer Genealogos from something that just produces cyclonedx to something that inspects and displays SBOMs, the source should not be volatile.
