Add somalier's "middling allele balance" metric to QuaC Watch #40
Description
Somalier puts out a QC metric "middling allele balance" as part of their analysis, and this metric successfully pointed out there was something weird going on with Pado** samples of Musc*** project. Those samples were affected by mouse contamination but seemingly only at selective exons of certain genes.
