Fixed data object parameters for email_to_user. (Not sent mail without user id set.) Fixed subject generation (php notice). Updated Russian localization strings.
Fix: e-mail was not sent to invitor then invetee accepted invitation (same bug with user id as in sending invitations). Fix: role names are not shown in invitation dialog (role names are no longer stored in roles table) Edited some strings in Russian localization
Added the $plugin->component line for compatibility with Moodle 3.
