Description:

Recently UPP updates the control file for GCAFS aerosol products. The fv3/upp hash in ufs-weather-model should be updated. Global workflow will need this PR in order to be able to process aerosol grib2 products.

This PR is related to:

• Generate aerosol AOD analysis products with UPP NOAA-EMC/global-workflow#3888
• Add capability to create aerosol AOD analysis products in GRIB2 format via UPP NOAA-EMC/global-workflow#3889
• Create UPP control files for GCAFS NOAA-EMC/UPP#1279
• Update UPP hash for creation of GCAFS control file NOAA-EMC/ufsatm#998
