Hi folks,
I added a conda recipe for this package to the conda forge feedstock. The maintainer there suggested to make a PR such that the LICENSE file is included in the tar ball. Additionally, it looks like although the Github UI identifies the license as a 3-clause BSD license, the pyproject file specifies 2-clause.
