This pull request removes all existing issue and pull request templates from the
.githubdirectory. These templates were previously used to standardize the reporting of bugs, feature requests, documentation issues, and other contributions. The removal simplifies the repository's contribution process by eliminating these structured formats in favor of .github repository under unoplatform org.PR Checklist
