Deploy TPV Brokers consumer script on the EU to consume messages produced and pushed to the MQ by the Pulsar endpoints of their HTCondor cluster utilization.
We need to ask all the EU Pulsar admins to deploy the producer script via the Ansible role for the consumer script to consume any messages and dump them into the InfluxDB.
