- Fixes an bug in tri-pp when determinizing programs. - Changes to invariant encodings (WIP). - Moves resources to the standard directories.

These are now instead handled during parsing as special function calls: - exit: modelled by making following statements unreachable - abort: modelled as a failed user assertion
