Data Format Refactor and Standardization #165
Description
Considering the following changes to data formats
- No .rds to begin with as inputs to the workflow, only accepted outputs from upstream products like netCDF or .tif., or .shp
- Make decisions around decadal predictions' post-processing, bc they are outputted as .rds
- TBC with more data standards/conventions
