Drop Python 3.7 (EOL 2023-06-27) and add new versions.

Tests still fail, need to merge #102 first and rebase.

Looks good to me! But I guess this should also be referenced in Changes!

Hm, I do not think so. I'm afraid that this was just forgotten for a while. Lets double check and merge!
