Add support for IceCap realmOS in CCA.
changes:

  • Bring the changes in virtue example to the Veracruz runtime.
  • Fix handling requests from vz-server in vz-runtime.
  • New vz-server interface for CCA (lkvm commands).
  • Some changes to various Makefiles.
