Install

Create Docker Image

podman build -t thinkorswim .

Build Toolbox

toolbox create --container thinkorswim-toolbox --image localhost/thinkorswim

Enter

toolbox enter thinkorswim-toolbox

Once the container launches for the first time, you can download the TOS installer and run normally.
