Change None shape dummy object

None shapes create a visible dummy part because the a2plus workbench needs a visible part to import into an assembly.
This should be changed to make the software more useable, e.g. with:

• making the part invisible
• or having no dummy part at all

To find a good solution we probably have to talk to the a2plus developers.
