Added byoh-image creation , this image will be pulled by byocli and used to run byohost-agent inside this container .
image will be pushed on : https://quay.io/repository/platform9/pf9-byoh?tab=tags&tag=byoh-agent
currently there is only one tag in quay for byoh-image, i.e byoh-agent ,latest updates are pushed in same tag .

PS: this PR has changes of [(https://github.com/platform9/pull/5)] too , should merge pr5 first .
