Reference, Contributing Checklist (Google Docs Method)

Use this checklist to ensure your contribution process is complete.

  1. I have kept the Tanzu Developer Center Team in the loop via the #tanzu-developer-center Slack channel (VMware Employees Only) or email.
  2. My content is drafted in accordance with existing style guides and best practices. See Drafting Content
  3. My content has been reviewed by my team for technical accuracy. See Editing Content
  4. My content has been reviewed and edited by a copy editor. See Editing Content
  5. If applicable, my content has gone through a legal review. See Editing Content

For filling out the Google Form

  1. I have a description of my content drafted and ready to go
  2. I have technology tags drafted and ready to go
  3. I have sample social media posts drafted and ready to go (optional).

If this is your first submission and you need an Author page

  1. I have my bio drafted and ready to go
  2. I have a link to my headshot ready to go
  3. I have link to any social media sites I want to promote ready to go
  4. I have a list of my technical skill I want to promote ready to go
