v0.11.1-internal

Internal release off of v0.11.0 that adds a GetMany implementation to the blockstore. For use with https://github.com/vulcanize/go-ipld-cbor/pull/1/files and, in turn, with the parallel traversal methods in https://github.com/vulcanize/go-amt-ipld and https://github.com/filecoin-project/go-hamt-ipld which, in turn, will be exposed through https://github.com/filecoin-project/specs-actors to be used in Lotus.

Depends on https://github.com/vulcanize/go-datastore/releases/tag/v0.6.1-internal.
