If you already build your own copy of Autorun or have version v1.2.4, you're fine.
This release is several years late :p
It was available through release artifacts although rarely people would get Autorun from there (or build it on their own).
I am pulling the rest of the releases.
I apologise for the horrible mismanagement - although thankfully the damage by the exploit was limited by the fact it forced all files to have a .lua extension.
