This release contains a redesigned/generalized BICePs source code with a convergence submodule for checking/analyzing MCMC trajectories. Optional multiprocessing functionality for running MCMC simulations (lambdas) in parallel. Additionally, we added functionality for data integration of hydrogen–deuterium exchange (HDX).
