I think that will help to ease the upgrade procedure to node operators as they just need to restart the nwaku-compose containers

Description :-
update nwaku-compose automatically whenever a new nwaku release occurs.
Logic :-
push the newest nwaku image with the 'latest-release' tag to identify it as the latest version in nwaku-compose.
