Description

Fix spurious redirects

  • Ignore 403, which tend to be false positive
  • Update URLs that are being redirected, to point to the (current) canonical URL instead. Mostly impacts only third-party URLs, with the exception of one W&B URL and a couple CoreWeave URLs
  • For Azure URLs, add en-us fragment to URLs in Englishy content. Translated content will need to point to localized URLs.
