EC simulator is a user friendly package for voltammetry simulation developed using Matlab. This package is capable to simulate the electrode process of four reaction mechanisms and two typical electroanalysis techniques: cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. It also provide some basic analysis tools, i.e., find peaks in the voltammograms, ex…

Electrochemistry-simulator

An open course Electrochemistry simulator with a GUI This is an Electrochemistry simulator written in MATLAB (with GUI), please run EC_simulator.m to start. If you do not have MATLAB, download the compiled version here https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wangshuoleon/archive/master/VoltammetrySimulator.zip This is for Win64, For other operating systems, please contact [email protected] You may need to install the MCR, download here https://www.mathworks.com/supportfiles/MCR_Runtime/R2012a/MCR_R2012a_win64_installer.exe

I have published an article about this simulator in 2017 for the Journal of Chemical Education. Now ACS makes this article https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.jchemed.6b00986 free to read, in the supporting information, there are many walkthroughs and examples, but for an older version.
