The client used to ignore any quantizers except for
bqwhen deserializing collection configuration with a Flat index. Additionally, HFresh index was not deserialized correctly.While working on it I realized noticed some typing inconsistencies left over from #402, so I patched them as well.
This PR makes sure
rqquantization config is not dropped for Flat indices and that HFresh index config is deserialized correctly.
