GHC-8.0 job fails (haskell/cabal#10708). We could

  • drop doctest for something else
  • drop GHC-8.0 support (or even more older GHCs). There are plenty of #if !MIN_VERSION_base(4,11,0), so supporting GHC-8.4+ or 8.6+ would allow to cleanup the code a bit.

For now, I'll just ignore the failure
