This pull request adds new Arabic documentation pages for Astro, covering key concepts, development workflow, and learning resources. The changes introduce comprehensive guides on Islands Architecture, development and build processes, and curated course recommendations for Arabic-speaking users.

New Documentation Pages in Arabic:

• Concepts & Architecture

  • Added a detailed explanation of Islands Architecture in Astro, including historical context, client/server islands, and their benefits for performance and flexibility. Includes illustrative diagrams and usage examples.

• Development Workflow

  • Introduced a guide on how to develop and build Astro projects, covering running the dev server, building for production, previewing, and customizing the development environment. Includes interactive code tabs and links to further resources.

• Learning Resources

  • Added a curated list of Astro courses and community learning resources, featuring partner courses, tips, and community support forums, all localized for Arabic users.
